This project required me to reframe my single personal resume, which was based on marketing interest, being a hostess, and cheerleading, into two highly specific career fields. Selling cheerleading clothes at a store, and competitive marketing associate. This exercise tested my ability to adapt a core narrative to different professional audiences. This process also allowed me to develop two distinct strategies that included designing a professional document or page and strategic planning to preform optimizing a ranking focused role. For example it would be me owning my own store, and selling products that takes lots of persuading and communication to sell that specific product. The primary change was the shift in vocabulary and the high demand to work under pressure. Working as a hostess in a restaurant is just like working in your own store and selling highly demanded products that everyone wants. This proves that successful tailoring is not about changing facts but about defining the audience and mastering their required need for the product that they want.
